An environmentaly positive approach to stormwater in the Playford Walk Estate will help to enchance the surrounding environs and golf course. Plans to create a stormwater disposal system that reduces the loads to current systems will utilise the water in the surrounding wetlands and the North Lakes Golf Course just 500m down the road. This will help to keep the surrounding areas in a healthy and natural state, creating a pleasant surprise to the final stages of the estates design.
