Lakeland Estate is proving to be a sought after location, with 11 of the 18 allotments already sold. Located adjacent to the prestigious Pine Lakes Estate the underground services have been installed for these newly created blocks. With the winter rains passed quick progress on the new roadway and final elements such as footpaths and landscaping the reserve is anticipated.
